New International Customers Here's how you set up your account.
Please submit the required items listed below via fax or email and fill out the online registration form below.
Opening orders for international customers must be at least $1000 . Reorders for international orders are a minimum of $1000. We charge a $20.00 refundable catalog fee for all new accounts, which is fully credited upon your first order. Once we receive all your information and the catalog fee we will email your password to you.

- First and last page of lease agreement
- Recent invoice from a scrapbook vendor
- Photograph of store front
- VISA, MC or AMEX with expiration for your $20.00 refundable catalog fee.

- Generally, we do not offer terms on international orders.
- Shipping
Please specify if you would prefer to use your freight forwarder or if you would like us to send shipments directly to you via air or ocean. If shipping direct, please advise us on your preferred carrier and then provide us with your account number if applicable.
- New Product Shipments
Creative Imaginations releases new products on a monthly basis. Please advise us if you prefer to delay a shipment and wait until certain products purchased have arrived. Please let us know if you would like us to ship your order right away. Then you will need to let us know if we should save, add to or cancel your backordered products. It is very important to specify exactly when to ship an order so we can meet your needs
- Distributors
Creative Imaginations works in partnership with distributors. We have distributors in Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Holland and South Africa. They may offer faster delivery.
