    New Customers   Here's how you set up your account. Submit the required items listed below and fill out the online registration form below. Your opening order must be at least $250 or more ($1000 for International orders). Reorders are a minimum of $150 ($1000 for International orders). We charge a $20.00 refundable catalog fee for all new accounts, which is fully credited upon your first order. Once we receive all your information and the catalog fee we will email your password to you.
