Requesting a Catalog
For all new customers we charge $25.00, plus shipping for a catalog. This fee is charged to
your credit card, and credited back in full with
your opening order.
Minimum Order
Opening domestic orders are $250.00.
Reorders are $150.00. Any reorder placed for
less than $150.00 may be charged a $25.00 fee. All International orders and reorders are $1000.00. Please order in minimum quantities as indicated next to the item number in the catalog.
Terms of Payment
All first orders must be paid with a credit card.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express and prepayment by check. No COD’s. Open credit terms of Net 30 days are available
on credit approval. A CI credit application must
be submitted for credit approval. Please allow
2-3 weeks for the credit approval process.
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Your credit card will be charged when your order ships. We do not accept credit card payments when we extend open credit terms.
Late Payment
Past due invoices will halt further shipments
until paid, and may result in prepayment terms
on future orders. Please contact us immediately with any hardships.
New Accounts
Thank you for choosing CI! To become a
qualified Creative Imaginations dealer, please
fax or e-mail your business license, tax ID certificate, resale license, and proof of your business: a photo of your store, your website address, a copy of the first and last page of
your lease agreement, and a recent invoice
from another scrapbook vendor. New international customers must include equivalent business documents. All documentation must be received and verified before your first order will be shipped.
Website Stores
Online stores must have a shopping cart.
Auction sites are not acceptable. Please
include your online website address for verification.

Shipping
All merchandise is sold FOB Huntington Beach, CA. Standard UPS shipping rates apply to all domestic orders, unless otherwise specified. UPS Worldwide Express shipping rates apply to international orders. International accounts may specify a freight forwarder. Freight carrier is subject to change without notice. Claims for damages arising from transit must be submitted to the transit company within 7 days of receipt. Be sure to retain the merchandise and it’s original shipping carton to verify damages arising from transit.
Mis-shipments and Returns
We promise to do our best to ship your order correctly. If there is an error, please notify our Customer Service department within 10 days of receipt of your order. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Please contact our Customer Service department for a return authorization. Items must be returned in their original condition, with packaging intact and no price stickers. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Backorders
Backorders that are under $50 or older than 120 days will be cancelled. Please indicate on your order whether or not you will accept backorders.
Shipping will be charged on backorders. Backorders will not ship to international account.
Rush Charge
Any order placed that requires rush processing will be subject to a $25 .00 fee. This charge does not cover any expedited shipping charges.
Product Usage
All Creative Imaginations products sold at wholesale cost may not be used in the production of new or altered products for resale.
