Tips and Techniques:
Tips and Technique: Transparencies are one of my most favorite products. They are so versatile and easy to use. I use a lot of paint when I work with a transparency. It is a great way to make those little details pop!

Instructions:
1. Turn transparency onto the back side. Color the entire bird blue.
Color in the black space in the letters red.
Color heart red. You may need a second coat if your paint is not thick enough.
2. Once the paint is dry attach transparency onto the White Dot Pizzazzill.
3. Place picture where you would like it positioned. Trace a line around photo to mark its destination. Remove photo. Paint around the line making scalloped edges. This does not have to be perfect. Make it fun. When the red paint dries go around the red edges with a black paint pen to add dimension
4. Attach photo. Measure ribbon to the size of the photo. Attach ribbon. Wrap red ribbon through the locker and make a knot. Attach brad to the side of the photo.
5. Attach Flower Brads to the side of the layout. Attach Feather behind the brad.
6. Place Swatchbook Impress-Ons onto bottom right side. Add heart with wings sticker.
