Instructions
1. Paint the neckline and the base of the Jeramee dress form with gold acrylic. Let dry.
2. Crumple Journey Text Paper and flatten. Tear two panels from the paper. Using decoupage medium, crisscross and adhere the panels across the chest of the dress form.
3. Tear small panels to cover the torso of the dress form, applying each piece with the decoupage medium.
4. Edge the neckline with coordinating ribbon.
5. Punch out two flowers from Explore Paper. Attach the flower to the center of the neckline.
6. Cut Explore Paper into narrow strips. Crumple the strips slightly. Using glue dots, attach one end of each strip to the waistline of the dress form. Overlap and layer the strips until a skirt is created.
7. Trim off the bottom edge of the strips to desired length.
Wrap coordinating ribbon and fibers around the waist and tie a knot.
