New York License Plates #13165
New York Epoxy #13164
Exacto knife
Glue stick
Black chalk ink

Instructions
1. Attach six photos to six puzzle pieces from a Sherry Puzzle and trim the edges.
2. Attach New York Skyline and New York Papers to three puzzle pieces and trim the edges.
3. Sponge the edges of the pieces with black chalk ink.
4. Put the puzzle back together. Optional: attach the pieces to a sheet of chipboard.
5. Embellish the puzzle with New York Epoxy and New York License Plates, as shown.
