1 3.5 X 8.5 strip Choo Choo Dble-Sided Paper #16876
4 ≤ X 8.5 inch strips of black cardstock
Letters for your child’s name from #17758 Apricot Monogram Punchouts
Tag from #17764 Starmist Tag & Number Punchouts
#16880 Zoom Zoom Mini Epoxy
2 4 inch lengths of #16882 Zoom Zoom Ribbon
Extra black cardstock to mat letters and stickers

Adhesive

Instructions:
1. Apply adhesive to all 3.5 X 8.5 inch strips.
2. Attach them to the square frame as shown
3. Apply adhesive & attach black cardstock strips around frame as shown
4. Punch out letters from pizzazzill and attach them to chipboard
5. Mount chipboard letters to black cardstock and cut carefully around the letter to create a 1/8 inch mat all the way around.
6. Attach name to bottom portion of frame over dot patterned Zoom Zoom cardstock
7. Punch out tag and attach to coordinating oval chipboard tag, then mount on black cardstock and cut a 1/8 inch mat all the way around.
8. Attach ribbon at ends of oval tag.
9. Mount epoxy sticker on black cardstock and cut a 1/8 inch mat all the way around.
10. Attach matted epoxy sticker to oval tag & attach all to the upper left hand corner of the frame so that the ribbon holes center over the black strip.
